Making the vegetable mash for the Raw Food Diet

Vegetable mash Vegetable mash packed into suitable portions and to bags for the freezer


The vegetable mash in the example:

• 2 salads
• cucumber
• zucchini
• broccoli
• 2 apples
• banana

You can also make the vegetable mash out of just few ingredients, but do the mash mainly out of green vegetables that is salads, cucumbers etc. Prepare the mash with less carrots, apples etc. because they might add the growth of yeast.
